Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. We're not able to ship to other countries at the moment.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There's no minimum spend.

All import duties and taxes are included, so there’s nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing on the next business day.

Delivery times

Every order is packed and sent out within 1 to 3 days. After that, here’s how long it usually takes to reach you:

United States: 7 to 11 days
Canada: 7 to 12 days
United Kingdom: 6 to 10 days

Including processing, please allow 8–14 days in total for the United States, 8–15 days for Canada and 7–13 days for the United Kingdom. These are estimates, and delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods or because of carrier delays outside our control.

Your order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, so it may arrive in packaging that doesn't carry the Clay & Co name.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delivery address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you entered. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 20 days, or your order arrives damaged, please see our Return and refund policy. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
