Refund policy

Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Clay & Co mask. If you don't, we'll make it right.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your mask for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price of your order in full. Because it's skincare that touches your face, there's no need to send an opened jar back. We may ask for a photo of the jar with your order number.

The guarantee covers one claim per customer. It applies to orders placed on our website.

Unopened items

You can also return an unopened, sealed item for a full refund of the product price. Email us within 30 days of delivery, then send the item back within 14 days of emailing us. Please don't post anything until we've replied with the return address. You pay the cost of return shipping, and we recommend a tracked service because we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Before first use

Everyone's skin is different, so we recommend a patch test before first use. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear and wait 24 hours. Stop using the product if irritation occurs.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and its packaging. You won't need to send it back unless we ask you to.

Lost parcels

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for 20 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time shown at checkout, email us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Once we approve your refund, we'll pay it within 14 days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Contact us first

For any return, refund or problem with your order, please email us at leigh@clayandco.store with your order number. We reply as quickly as we can and will always try to put things right.
